Most of Syria’s population lives below the poverty line. Prices for basic goods have soared, and many families can no longer put enough food on the table, even during the month of Ramadan.
One basket for one month
Each food basket contains dry goods, oil, tea, sugar and salt, enough to feed a family of six for one month. Our local partners chose the families most in need and handled the distribution.
