Orthopedic braces in Aleppo

In Sep­tem­ber 2024, Coeur & Action fun­ded the fit­ting of 15 ortho­pe­dic braces for chil­dren in Alep­po, Syria.

Treating scoliosis and deformities

These chil­dren suf­fer from sco­lio­sis or other defor­mi­ties of the shoul­ders, back or feet. A sui­table brace sup­ports their body as they grow and helps them hold them­selves bet­ter in eve­ry­day life. For many fami­lies in Alep­po, this kind of device remains out of reach without help.
